The Team

Originally Dame Catherine’s was run as a parent-teacher cooperative, which reflected the desire to provide a personal and inclusive environment in which the children, their families, and the staff could work together.  This desire is still central to the school’s ethos, and the involvement of parents is vitally important, the school (which is part of an ancient trust) is run by a School Management Team, comprising of teaching staff, elected parent representives and non parent trustees, and is run as a limited company.
